A: We mainly cover the SW area in London but we can travel to other parts prior to agreement.
A: By Bank Transfer into our business account. Bank details will be on the invoice.
A: At the time of booking a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required and the balance payable 10 days before the date of your event. A booking is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid. For further information on this please refer to my Terms and Conditions.
A: It is possible to set up balloons outdoors but latex balloons are temperamental. They do not like the heat or cold or wet conditions. Latex balloons tend to pop more when under extreme weather conditions. It is best to set up in a shaded area during the summer or a covered area during winter or a rainy day. Balloons tend to oxidise faster under the sun rays but I can help you choose the best brand and colours for outside installations.

A: All the props and flowers used for your display will remain the property of Balloon Atelier, unless it is a specific personalised item, like an acrylic disc and you would like to keep it. If something goes missing or gets broken this item will be deducted from your hire deposit (this is different from the booking deposit) to cover the cost of replacement.
A: Upon cancellation, your deposit will be lost. However, provided we have a free date for your event, this can be transferred to an alternative date.
A: We use the best quality products so when kept inside, our air-filled garlands will last for weeks so you can enjoy them for longer.
A: Seeing hundreds of balloons released into the sky can be impressive, however, balloon releases are disastrous for wildlife and we cannot endorse such events. There are other alternatives that we would be happy to discuss with you.
